It was a large turnout of PDP members in the Federal High Court Owerri as the case between the detained Imo PDP DG of new media, Mr Ambrose Nwogwugwu against the DSS came up for hearing.
Nwogwugwu had gone to court to challenge his detention by the DSS stating that it infringes his rights and claimed #50m damage.
At the hearing, the DSS lawyer begged for time, files for new application.
Meanwhile, lawyers for the Nwogwugwu, Barr Ahamba and Kissinger Ikeokwu have assured Imolites of Justice for the detained young man.
Trumpeta correspondent learnt the premises of the court was filled with PDP stalwarts spotting various brands of “Free Ambrose” vests.
The cased was adjourned to Monday, 22nd June, 2020 for continuation.
