First Mahi Babes Mourns With Player, Favour Over Mum’s Demise

The President, entire Management, Technical Crew, Players and Supporters Club of First Mahi Babes FC mourn with their player, Favour Akaji over the demise of her lovely mother, Late Mrs Akaji Buh Rose Kwalla “Baby Rose” who went to be with her creator at the age of 56 recently after a brief illness.

In a release made available to Trumpeta Sports desk, the club President, Prince Chidiebere Eze Onuoha while regretting the lose prayed for the Good Lord to grant the families the strength and fortitude to bear the irreparable lose and for the soul of “Baby Rose” to rest in peace.

She described Baby Rose as a rare gift whose passion for humanity touched everyone around her.

He urged Favour “Buga” as she is fondly called by her team mates not to cry with her siblings like people without hope but to remain faithful to God and continue the good legacy their mother left behind.

According to a release made public by the family, they will be a memorial service by 6pm in her honour on Friday August 18, 2023 at her residence, Nogak Poly, Mile 2 Ikom, Cross Rivers State while her burial rites will take place on Saturday August 19, 2023 at her husband’s country home in Ikeduru, Imo state.
