How Uniformed Armed Men Arrested Mother, Baby in Imo Community.
It was a sad tale for a family in a community in the state when armed uniformed men suspected to be security operatives allegedly arrested a mother with baby by name Nnadi Oluebube Vivian. They were in search of the husband, Nnadi Uzoma Joseph who it was reported was not available. In the absence of the man, the wife was apprehended.
This time, the arrest was based on intelligence information that the husband, Mr Uzoma Joseph Nnadi is an active member of pro Biafra activists and ESN member. The uniformed armed men stormed their home and arrested the wife, Oluebube Vivian Nnadi, with a baby boy.
Trumpeta learnt that the incident occured in Amatta, outskirt of Owerri metropolis in Ikeduru local government of Imo State.
Their presence caused a stampede among the young men and elderly who ran away leaving the vulnerable behind.
However, the young mother is still in detention pending on the on going investigation while the baby was released to the family members.Trumpeta newspaper learnt that the residents were traumatized after the incident.
It was discovered that the incident which happened on 12th September 2025 left the local community devastated.
