This time, the owner of Disney Hotel and the man whose company, VINPAT is responsible for refuse clearing inImoStatewithin three months raised gigantic one – storey building on Akanchawa/Achike Udenwa Roadin New Owerri. What however attracted POPULAR SIDE to the building is the continous presence of “Oga Vin” at the building and the speed the workers and contractors are using to put finishing touches.
Tongues are wagging as to what VINPAT wants to use the building bordering IBC premises in view of his numerous money – making ventures. Unconfirmed reports have it that the place will be another “happening joint” in town for outdoor entertainment for fun seekers. It was learnt that state – of – the – art facilities are being imported to make the joint one of the best when it becomes operational.
