The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has scheduled August 11 2012, the date for the conduct of by election inOgutaStateconstituency.
Oguta State Assembly seat has been vacant following the inconclusive election conducted during last year’s general election.
Following a court decision on the matter, INEC has concluded arrangements to conduct election in Ndulo Umuowere ward, Obudi, Aro ward, Mgbala/Uba ward and Uwaorie ward, to complete the election.
