Ten Perish In Owerri -Mbaise Road Car Crash

Not less than ten persons met their untimely death on the ever busy Owerri-Mbaise road in Imo State, when a lorry vehicle carrying blocks smashed a fully loaded 18 seater bus.
The incident happened on the sloppy Azaraegbelu Hill yesterday afternoon. Our reporter who witnessed the fatal accident noted that the 18-seater vehicle overtook the lorry but suddenly marched break forcing the Lorry to ram into the bus from behind.
As at the time our reporter left the sad scene where Road Safety officials arrived, three persons including an infant was rescued while others were in danger list.
