GERVINHO: I Would Beat Bolt with the Ball at My Feet

Former Arsenal and Lille striker Gervinho has declared himself faster than the Jamaican sprint icon- but only if the pair was dribbling with a football on their foot.
The Roma attacker jokingly claimed that he would beat 100 and 200 metre world record holder Usain Bolt only with the ball in an open contest.
“I would beat him (bolt) with the ball at my feet. Without the ball, he would be quicker”, Gervinho joked.
The Ivorian International netted twice in Roma’s 3 2 Coppa Italia semi-final win over Napoli on Wednesday and he was over the moon with his side’s hard-fought first-leg victory.
“It was a great feeling to score the winner and celebrate with my team-mates and the fans.
“It was very important to eventually take a win from this first leg. We are now one step closer to the final, but Napoli should not be underestimated when the return leg comes up at the Stadio San Paolo on February 12.
Roma are currently on the second position of the Italian Serea A table with 50 points behind champions and leaders Juventus who have 59 points from 21 games.
