Exam Fever looms around Imo Poly

In every school, there is always a time for getting admitted, getting oriented into the school and getting tested to ascertain and appraise your level of performance and understanding with all the school activities either academically or otherwise.

The Imo state Polytechnic Owerri is expected to start its first semester exams from 16th of April, immediately after the Easther festivities.

According to reports reaching Campus gist, the mood in the school has changed as events pertaining to the academic activities are all in Top gear to ensure that no stone is left unturned as the students try to catch up with the relevant curses they are offering before the Esther break.

The lantern’s are burning every night around any good reading or studying environment in Imo Poly, even the off camp students are not left out, as most of them are seen busy occupying the nearest Secondary and Primary Schools, attending tutorials after school to enable them catch up with the studies they either missed or need more clarifications on.

Speaking to campus gist, the PRO of the institution Mr Donatus Ihejirika affirmed to the fact that the school is bracing up for the upcoming first semester exams in the year 2012.

Meanwhile, the Efulefu’s (good for nothing) of the institution are always seen flaunting around the Hotels along Port Harcourt Road attracting men fun seekers who take them in even when they are old enough to be their fathers.

One of the students Ngozi told campus gist, that these type of girls especially, use the money they get to sort (influence) their results or even offer their body to some of the lecturers to get good results.
