Planning Commissioner, Adora Ejezie Bags NPIS Icon of Diligent Service Award

The Honourable Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development Imo State, Hon. Mrs Adora Ejezie has been confeered with the National Parliament of Igbo Students (NPIS) Award of diligent service for her laudable performance and achievements in fighting the course of Nigeria students and youths with her good office.
Presenting the award, the speaker of the parliament, Rt Comrade Florence Chinoso Thomas described the honourable commissioner as an epitome of development worthy of emulation and leader that demystify service to the people with genuine fear of God. The students who conferred the award on the honourrable commissioner are drawn Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics, Colleges of Education and other allied institutions in Nigeria nominated and cast their vote in favour of the commissioner.
According to Comrade Florence Thomas, “having observed your laudable performance and philanthropic gesture in Isiala Mbano LGA and the state at large we the great Nigeria students with numerical strength of over nine million resolved to confer-on you this award in recognition of your selfless service and quick response to the things of studentdom and humanity.
Comrade Thomas commended the commissioner for exhibiting outstanding commitments and services to humanity thereby contributing to the rescue mission agenda of the state Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha.
Receiving the award, the honourable commissioner for planning Hon Ejezie joyfully expressed gratitude to the youths for deeming it fit to honour her, promising that the gesture will spur her to do more. She showered encomium on Gov. Rochas Okorochas administration describing it as a colossal success. She pointed out that his giant stride achievement has transformed the state to a modern state.
She promised to continue touching more lives with her good office and urged the student leaders to rally round Gov. Okorocha for support as she described the students as leaders of tomorrow.
Commending, Mr Bismark Eziohuru, the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Planning stressed that being one of the performing commissioners under the rescue mission administration of Owelle, the award to her was not a surprise. He averred that her verifiable achievements and managerial acumen were not in doubt and must have attracted the student.
Mr. Eziohuru disclosed that Hon Ejezie has elevated the ministry of planning to a greater height.
