The Appeal Court sitting in Owerri, Imo state will this morning rule on the application filed by the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA, and its candidate Owelle Rocha Okorocha, praying the court to throw away the request from Dr Ikedi Ohakim and Peoples Democratic Party PDP, to be joined in the suit instituted against Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC by Senator Ifeanyi Araraume, over the 2011 Imo Governorship Supplementary election.

As usual, it is expected that members of the various political parties, namely ACN, PDP and APGA will storm the premises of theAppeal Courtlocated at Okigwe road, Owerri to see outcome of the ruling.
