Kanu Nwankwo Lauds ANFASSC Achievement

Former Super Eagles Captain, Kanu”Papilo” Nwankwo has said he is proud of what the Authentic Nigeria Football and Allied Sports Supporters Club ANFASSC has been able to achieve in the last few years.
Papilo as he’s fondly called was with the National President of ANFASSC at the weekend in Bauchi state and said extremely beautiful things about the brand.
Kanu also appealed to individuals and corporate bodies to join the Authentic moving train and support them for a colourful outing at the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The 1995 UEFA Champions League winner said “We are happy and proud of what Abayomi Ogunjimi has done with this brand, he keeps improving and that’s why I’m calling on Nigerians to please give him support”
“Whenever you talk about supporters club in Nigeria, Authentic comes first to your mind, we all know the importance of the Supporters Club”.
“So please keep supporting my friend and brother and keep appreciating Authentic, the task ahead now is the Africa Cup of Nations and I’m so sure that our support will go a long way in ensuring that they put up a fantastic show in Cameroon”.
The former Arsenal, Inter Milan and Ajax forward posed with a jersey of the brand and expressed optimism that the Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi tutored side will continue to grow.
