DeKings Group Partners Imo Angels For Girl Child Empowerment ..As Ebubemba Says, Training Women Develops Society

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer CEO, of DeKing Group Nig Limited, Chief Dr Chimezie Anosike Kingsley (KSC) “Ebubemba Ikeduru” has partnered management of Imo Angels FC, Owerri with the view of empowering the girl child through football.
The partnership marriage which held at Bon Hotel along Port Harcourt road, Owerri on Tuesday saw the Australia based business mogul and philanthropist welcome the management team of Imo Angels led by the clubs CEO, Lady Jenny Anusiem.
Prof Kingsley who expressed his delight over the activities of the club in trying to positively channel the mind of the girl child through football revealed his passion for lifting people from a poor background to economic prosperity but that he loves doing it through positive projects.
Ebubemba noted that he has empowered many youths in the state especially in Uzoagba Ikeduru by providing accommodation to over 300 Nigerians in Australia, as well as sponsored over 200 Nigerians to Australia.
He said his General Manager will study the proposal presented by Imo Angels with his Project Manager and come up with possible areas they can support the team to realise their ambition.
“When it concerns empowering women, I care a lot about it because women are very important and powerful, hence they take ownership of where they are.
” But its unfortunate that in Nigeria, we care less about their value to the society. However, I believe we can start doing something differently.
“Let me commend the CEO of Imo Angels for creating this project because I believe in helping people through projects and Imo Angels activities is making positive impacts with their achievement so far.
The Publisher of News Echo Newspaper urged the management of the club not to relent adding that lifting the girl child through sports and skills acquisition is germane to societal growth and edification.
Appreciating the warm welcome and in anticipation of the  partnership with DeKing Group, CEO of Imo Angels FC, Lady Anusiem expressed that the club has come to stay pointing that the club broke a long age jinx by being the first female football club to win a national trophy when it won the maiden 8 Queens Invitational Female Pre Season Football Tournament at Sango Ota, In Ogun State early this year.
She highlighted the clubs immediate major needs which includes a 32 sweater bus to help convey the girls to match/competition venues and a camp for the players who she said come from Mbaise, Okigwe, Ikeduru, Orlu, Ngor Okpala and sometimes Ana and Umuahia for trainings.
Lady Jenny who said the club was created out of her desire to give the girls especially in Imo the platform to excellent in their God’s given talent described Ebubemba as a good man whom the Lord has destines to help the helpless and poor people praying that the God will continue to strengthen him in his benevolent work.
In his speech while introducing the club earlier, the clubs General Manager, Chuks Dike said the clubs ambition as contained in the proposal submitted is to dominate the league in the next 2-3years and be known at the African scene in the next Five years.
