As the 2027 elections continue to gain momentum , Political Gladiators are preparing to showcase their electoral strength, as a renowned political heavy weight In Orlu Zone Prince Joseph Okwara “Akajiugo” officially returned his APC Nomination and Expression of Interest forms to the National party Secretariat , Abuja , in preparation to represent the good people of Orlu/Orsu/Oru East Federal Constituency.

Interracting with newsmen immediately after filling and returning his forms , Prince Okwara who has proved his unwavering loyalty to the APC and the vision of His Excellency, Governor Hope Uzodimma, revealed that his decision to contest in the upcoming election is driven by his passion for service and his desire to contribute to the development and progress of the entire Orlu /Orsu and Oru East constituency.

Prince Okwara stated that politics in Nigeria has often been viewed negatively by many citizens due to the actions of some leaders. He explained that his entry into the political space is aimed at changing that perception by bringing integrity, compassion, and ethical leadership into governance.

Prince Okwara , the anchor bearer of “Here Am I – Send Me ” noted that his humble background has instilled in him the values of honesty, accountability, and dedication to the welfare of the people.

Prince Okwara also expressed admiration for APC’s Ideology and Party leadership anchored by His Excellency , President Bola Ahmed Tinubu whose generosity and commitment to the welfare of the people inspired his political aspirations.

Prince Okwara maintained that , if given the opportunity to serve as a Federal Lawmaker , he intends to adopt a similar people-centered approach in serving the people of his constituency as he reeled out other intentions.

Prince Okwara an employer of labour and owner of so many business conglomerates revealed that he has been involved in several humanitarian initiatives.

Speaking on his plans for his people , he said his goal is to promote policies that will attract development, empower young people, and promote economic opportunities across Orlu/Orsu and Oru East.

He expressed confidence that with APC Leadership in Power and effective collaboration, the constituency will experience progress in the coming years. He pointed out that his mission is rooted in service and development via; responsive and people oriented representation.

He seized the platform to canvass for support for other APC candidates , urging voters to also rally round to deliver APC Aspirants come 2027.

In furtherance , he said ” electing APC candidates accross different levels of Governance would ensure a smooth and effective delivery of democratic dividends to the people, as he encouraged party members to intensify grassroot mobilization

The Chief Executive Officer CEO Brianbelt INN Hotel located at Ajao Estate Lagos , Prince Okwara commended existing members of the party for their efforts so far , he also stressed on the need to further expand the Party’s base ahead of upcoming elections.

A cross section of indigenes from his Constituency who spoke with our reporter with high hope of expectations , expressed delight that Prince Okwara has shown interest to join the 2027 race .

It would be recalled that few days back Prince Okwara has earlier picked the Federal House Of Representatives expression of interest/Normination forms from the APC National Secretariat Abuja, which has been returned after fulfilling the necessary requirements needed by the Ruling party .

Meanwhile Prince Okwara’s entrance into the 2027 race marks the beginning of what is expected to be an active political season in Orlu Zone as the 2027 general elections gradually approaches. it will herald a significant step in his political journey as he seeks to strengthen APC’s presence in his constituency and Imo state by positioning himself as a key representative of the people at the federal level.
