Yesterday the shrine of the retired primary school headmaster was demolished by a combined team of men of the Nigeria Police Force, Imo Security Network in Ejemekwuru Oguta LGA.
Our correspondent reports that the demolition exercise began yesterday morning as the security forces provided necessary security cover for the driver of the caterpillar who manipulated the heavy duty machine that demolished the shrine of the ex-headmaster.
Reasons for the demolition was not ascertained as at press time. Mr Osigweh had been apprehended by the Nigeria Police Force, Imo State Command for allegedly drying her mother for 10 years and kept in a wardrobe.
Osigweh was nabbed by the police after a tip-off where he has been giving useful information on why he dried his mother.
Some residents in Ejemekwuru Community expressed delight over the demolition of Osigweh’s home, describing him as a sadist.
