Oru East Political Leaders Berate Imo Gov For Dumping of APGA

Some Political Stakeholders from Oru East Local Government Area, Imo State have condemned the unnecessary defection of Governor Rochas Okorocha to APC abandoning the much acclaimed party of Ndigbo “All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
According to, Barr Benneth Amukamara Okorocha’s attitude is total slap to Igbo people whom he promised to take to enviable height” when assumed into office as the Governor of Imo state, under the platform of APGA. Barr Amukamara also stated that come 2015, PDP will reshape the state economy that has been ruined by the present administration.
Also, Hon Odessey Obioha (Mmegha) submitted that Okorocha is a double edged sword who is not worthy to be trusted. He pointed out that all his promises, he has never fulfuled any, instead he has been busy on constructing round-abouts and substandard roads. Hon Odessey also disclosed that it is suicidal for Gov Okorocha to publicly denounce Ojukwu and resort to follow APC, a fundamentalist party.
Similarly, Chief Ezenagu (Mgboroguorji dike) regretted that of the people of Oru East have been betrayed by Governor Okoroch. He enumerated that as the first youth leader, there is great distance in PDP and other political parties, urging everybody to embrace the rigid party which is determined to salvage the entire people of Imo state and Nigeria at large.
