A group has stressed on the need on how youths can develop their careers with the sole aim of realizing their dreams.
Disclosing this to Trumpeta Newspaper in an interview, the Managing consultant of Xtraval Solutions, Mr. Kelechi G. Aguwuom said that he has been into the business of discovering peoples dream, re-programming their minds in line with the gifts and talents God endowed them with. He pointed out that many people have lost direction and focus in the locating the right rhythm for their lives, which he blamed on the type of society we find ourselves presently, where so much attention is given to hustling for the quest of material wealth and luxurious possessions. He added that discovering and redirecting oneself is the right path towards purposeful development in the appropriate channels.
He said most people have been misinformed by relying solely on religious leaders to achieve self-discovery, development and dream actualization, as he pointed-out that it is not the sole responsibility of religious leaders alone Mr. Aguwuom explained that whereas parents, guardians, teachers, peer groups and religious are supposed to contribute to the total development of a person, as it is the sole duty of that person to steer the ship of his or her life.
He explained that one’s problem can only be resolved when he maintains a relationship with his creator (God), adding that the meaning of religion still remain “searching for God” and stressed that in spite of the fact that so many religious organizations/school of thoughts have sprung up in many parts of the world, a good number of people are yet to discover the meaning and purpose of their existence.
