As part of his passion for football, Prince Ubochi recently marked his birthday with a novelty football match between traders in Omenka Lane and Blessed Lane, Nwaorie Market Owerri.
The entertaining encounter which was held last Tuesday at St Paul Primary School field Owerri, was honoured and kicked off officially by Rotn Everest Ezihe, the Chairman, Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN Imo state chapter.
Ubochi, an Owerri based world class designer who also doubles as the President of Umueze Ogwa Patriotic Union UPU, Youth wing also had HRH Eze Engr Kenneth Ifeanyi Akuneto (Eze Udo II of Umueze Abazu Ogwa Autonomous Community) witness fun fare encounter with some members of his cabinet including, Chief Maliki Atufule Kachi “Nkwa Chukwu Kwere Ogwa”, CEO City Cruiz Hotels, Owerri.
The football which was fun filled saw Omenka Lane humble vociferous Blessed Lane by1-0.
Addressing the audience, Prince Ubochi expressed gratitude to God for his grace and mercy upon his life as well as to his parents Chief and Lolo Felix Ubochi “Ome Udo” applauding his guests for honouring his invitation and prayed for their journey mercies.
The excited birthday boy was later joined by his family members, friends and well wishers inxluding the teams to cut his special cake.
