The leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State Of Biafra (MASSOB) Chief Ralph Uwazuruike and the wife of the Late Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu (Ikemba of Nwewi), Mrs Bianca Ojukwu arrived Owerri last Saturday to commission the Ojukwu Memorial Library.
