Leaders of the All Progressives Congress APC, Aboh Mbaise chapter has held a meeting to forge a common front devoid of any form of contention and rancour over the leadership of the parry in the area.
The APC leaders who met with all the 12 Ward Chairmen in the area and their executives in the residence of the newly elected LGA party Chairman, Hon Franklin Nwogu at Umuezie-Nguru, Aboh Mbaise LGA also resolved among many other issues to forge ahead with one mind as one family in promoting the growth of their great party and to continue to support the Federal Administration of President Muhammadu Buhari as well as the leadership of APC at the National and State level.
Welcoming the Aboh Mbaise APC leaders and their Ward executives to the event, the convener and new LGA APC Chairman in the area , Hon Frank Nwogu averred that leadership is all about followership having support of the masses, calling on all APC faithful in the council to consolidate on the gains of the just concluded congress in the ward, LGA and state level.
In his remark, the deputy DG of Gen Peter Gbujie’s campaign Organization, Engr Kyrian Amadi charged described the event as gathering of the true excos and leaders of APC in the LGA to encouraging them to always work in harmony for the interest of the party so as to enable them deliver their candidates in all political positions.
Also contributing, a leader of the party in the LGA, Dr Luis Ngwulor commended the excos especially those at the ward level for remaining faithful and supportive to their LGA leaders assuring them that the Egyptians they saw yesterday they shall see know more.
A House of Assembly aspirant in the party and leader in the LGA, Hon Paschal Nwogu while appreciating the party faithful assured of a purposeful leadership that will stir the party to greater heights and afford the members the opportunity to choose their leaders.
Some of the party leaders who attended the meeting include, Dr Luis Ngwulor, Dr Victor Akpabia, Dr Alphosius Nwachukwu, Hon Paschal Nwogu, Chief Law Nworu, Engr Emma Anele, Okenze Nnamdi Oparaji, Hon Frank C Ogu, Hon Chief Chimezie Njoku, Dr Iyk Njoku, Hon Palacidius Eberendu, Hon Barr Ogechi Njoku, Hon Mrs Justina Kamalu, all the 12 ward chairmen of the party in the area and their exco members among many others.
