The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN Imo state chapter yesterday felicitated with their Chairman, Rotn Everest Ezihe who turned plus one.
In their various congratulatory massages to Authority Newspaper correspondent in the South East, the elated sports pen pushers eulogised their Chairman for his efforts to progress the revered association and thanked God for adding another year to his life praying for many more blissful years upon him and his household.
In his own words, the National Financial Secretary of SWAN, Mr Orji Sampson called on his colleagues to use the occasion the chairman’s birthday celebration to consolidate on the associations efforts to ensure that sports development in the state is progressive with their pragmatic and constructive reportage of events.
He also called the need for the relevant authorities to always synergies with Imo SWAN for optimum service noting that SWAN is key to sports development adding that sports is a media event globally.
He joined Imo SWAN members to felicitate with Rotn Ezihe thanking God for the keeping the members in good health.
