The Sex Scandal rocking Imo State Ministry of Homeland Security And Vigilante Affairs has taken a new dimension as the alleged victim, Miss Durueke Moudline Chika has headed to court to seek redress for being stopped from coming to work, and her salaries withheld.

In a letter written through her Lawyer J I Okoro & Associates and addressed to Imo State Head of Service but copied to Perm Sec Ministry of Finance and Ag Perm Sec Ministry of Homeland and Vigilante Affairs, Miss Durueke is calling on the Head of Service to look into her ordeal and let Justice prevail in the situation as she is being persecuted because she refused sex advances made to her by a Senior Government Official.

Miss Durueke, an employee of Imo State Civil Guard is alleging that the Director of Accounts in the Ministry, Mr Christian Chukwuma Osuagwu has frustrated her time in the office because she refused to oblige to his sex advances.

She alleged that the Director since she refused to agree to his love proposals has made life unbearable for her to the extent of trying to coarse other Senior Government Officials to help him facilitate her sack from service.

“Mr Christian Chukwuma Osuagwu approached the Acting Permanent Secretary of Homeland Security and Vigilante Affairs and presented a form before him requesting him to sign which will enable him terminate my work” she alleged through the Lawyer.

However, independent sources said that finally Miss Durueke has been stopped from coming to work.

Meanwhile, it is not yet known what the Head Of Service has done since Durueke pleaded for his intervention into the matter.

When our Reporter contacted Mr Christian Chukwuma Osuagwu for his own side of the story, he said he is forbidden to Speak to the Press because of Civil Service Rule.

A source in the Ministry who spoke  to Trumpeta under anonymity said that Miss Durueke was stopped from coming to work for going Public with the sandal without first exhausting internal mechanism to solve the problem which has now exposed the entire Service to public ridicule.
