Sooner than later, Hon Uche Ben Odunzeh and Hon Chukwudi Mayor Eze will know who in actuality that won the ticket of NDC Senatorial candidate for Orlu Zone in the forthcoming Senatorial election.
This is even as the teeming supporters of Odunzeh have expressed confidence in Judiciary to carry out the assigned duty responsibly after declaring that their mandate won’t be stolen.
Ben Odunzeh who was the Governorship candidate of the NNPP in the 2023 Governorship election in Imo has dragged Chukwudi Eze Mayor, former House of Representatives member to Court, asking why his name was substituted after being declared winner of the Primaries by the INEC that conducted the Primaries election on May 28th 2026
Odunzeh,a business mogul and philanthropist is asking the Court amongst other thing to re -substitute his name in the INEC list .

Available information to Lead revealed that Odunzeh was declared winner of the primary by the officials of NDC in Imo as well as the INEC officials that conducted and monitored the election held on May 28th 2026 and later was substituted with Mayor Eze hence he moved to Court.
However, the outcome of the Court will determine the direction of the election in Orlu Zone in the forthcoming election.
