Isiala Mbano PDP Denies Anti-Party Campaign Against Simeon Iwunze -

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Isiala Mbano Local Government Chapter, Imo State, has directed the public to be wary of one Loveday Uchendu, who allegedly authorized a publication in the Newspapers calling for investigation against Hon Simeon Iwunze over purported Anti-party Activities.

In a release signed by Ifeanyi Elechi (America) the LGA Youth Leader of the PDP, and made available to this Newspaper, it said that the said Loveday Uchendu, is not the PDP Youth Leader in the Area, and therefore the said publication about Iwunze should be disregarded.

The authentic Youth Leader, Ifeanyi Elechi disclosed that the PDP Youths in Isiala Mbano hold Hon Simeon Iwunze in high esteem, and therefore disassociate themselves from the allegation of anti-party leveled against Iwunze.

“I wish to advise Mr Loveday Uchendu along side other youths not to allow themselves to be used by any Social Club or Aspirant to hot up the politics of Isiala Mbano or bring to disrepute our high ranking officer in the Hallowed Chamber of IMHA in the person of Hon Barr Simeon Iwunze because of his statutory/oversight functions” the release read.

The Youths maintained that making reference of the Iwunze matter to that of Chief Chikwem Onuoha on anti-party activities is neither here nor there, as both men and developments are in parallel lines.
