A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, presided over by Justice F M Aminu in suit number FHC/ABJ/1128/2022, has affirmed Dr Nwachukwu Okorondu as authentic Labour Party candidate for Okigwe zone for the Saturday February 25th, 2023 election!
The Court in its landmark judgment, described the purported substitution of Dr Nwachukwu Okorondu as null and void, ultra vires, inconsequential and of no effect!
And ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately restore him on the ballot!
