INSECURITY IN IMO ROBBERS INVADE EZINIHITTE MBAISE COMMUNITY.

It was horror last Sunday night at Onicha in Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA,ImoStatewhen daredevil robbers armed with sophisticated weapons struck the popular Ekwueme family in Umuoma Onicha; the robbers said to be fifteen in number also attacked several homes and in the process killed one Mr Charles Inyeama.

According to a source who spoke to Imo Trumpeta, the robbers had a field day robbing for close to two hours before the intervention of men of the community’s vigilante.

The prompt response of the vigilante group halted the operations of the robbers who later took to their heels after dispossessing several families of their wares.

Till date, no arrest has been made as villagers now sleep with eyes wide open.

Some of them who spoke to Imo Trumpeta said that they are scared to their bone marrows with the depth of insecurity in the state.
