IMO SWAN PARTNERS HER MEMBER IN AN OWERRI TRADE FAIR.

The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Imo State Chapter has thrown its weight behind a trade fair packaged by one of her member, Miss Precious Iheanacho.

In a release by Imo SWAN Secretary, Mr Tunde Laidi, the Association is proud to partner and support her member in her trade tagged OWERRI PREPRENWA TRADE FAIR, scheduled to hold from 11th to 13th December 2025 at City Primary School, Fire Service Junction, Wetheral Road, Owerri, Imo State.

The release revealed that the trade fair promises to be one of the most exciting commercial and entertainment gatherings in the state this year just as the three-day event is designed to create a dynamic platform for businesses, families, and young people, blending commerce with recreation to strengthen community ties.

It assured visitors to the Owerri Preprenwa Trade Fair that there would be no dull moments while the show lasted as there would be rich variety of activities such as Competitive games and fun sport-themed side attractions.

There would also be dancing competitions involving both buyers and sellers, Comedy shows and laughter-filled performances as well as raffle draws with exciting prizes

The release also disclosed that the fair has provision for a colourful marketplace for exhibitors and local vendors.

A former Chief of Staff in the State Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, will be among notable personalities that will grace the trade fare.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Chairman of Imo SWAN, Mr. Cosmos Chukwuemeka, commended Miss Iheanacho for her exemplary commitment and professionalism and described her as one of Imo SWAN’s first eleven.

In the words of Chairman Chukwuemeka “Precious Iheanacho continues to be a shining light among her peers. Her hard work, innovation, and dedication to her craft are evident in the level of planning and creativity that this trade fair represents. Imo SWAN is proud of her, and we fully support this impactful initiative.”

He then encouraged Imo SWAN members and the general public to participate in the trade fair, support local businesses, and experience the blend of culture, entertainment, and community development that the Owerri Preprenwa Trade Fair stands for.
