The political landscape of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 11, Federal House of Representatives shifted today as, Prince Nixon Okwara, picked his Expression of Interest and Nomination Form, at the National Secretariat of the All Progressive Congress in Abuja, signaling the official start of his bid for the House of Representatives in 2027.
Prince Okwara, a first-time aspirant but a household name in Oshodi-Isolo constituency 11 for his infrastructural development, community service and advocacy records, was accompanied by a delegation of Party members, political leaders, business associates, women and youth leaders, community leaders and some party executives from all wards.
Speaking to newsmen shortly after obtaining the form, Prince Okwara said the move was ” a response to countless calls from artisans, traders, professionals, political leaders, business associates, women groups, youths and students who are tired of representation without presence.”
“The journey to the Federal House has started, and it starts with the people,” Prince Nixon declared.
“All my life, I have lived and worked in Oshodi-Isolo Constituency 11, I married here, trained my children here, did my business and paid my taxes here.
“I have also seen a lot of things that need urgent attention here. I am not going to Abuja to learn politics. I am going to take our pain to the floor of the House and bring back laws that work.” Prince Nixon stated.
