THAT HURRIED JUDGEMENT ON NNAMDI KANU AND THE FATE OF NDIGBO IN NIGERIA: -THE YORUBA CONNECTION/AGENDA

On November 20,2025, a judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja James Omotosho handed down Life Imprisonment jail term on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (and apparently the Igbo Nation). That singular judgement speaks volumes on the fate of Ndigbo in Nigeria and the secret Agenda of the Yoruba Nation against Ndigbo. The man who was known for Crating people and bundling them down to Nigeria did all he could to stop Nnamdi Kanu from breathing fresh air but he could not. In as much as the bundling down of Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya was his brainchild, he tried all he could even with the Judiciary, yet the Judiciary from the Lowest Court of the Land to the highest -the Supreme Court discharged and acquitted the young man especially on most of the charges and the Renditioning of Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria which the Whole World Condemned as being offensive to International Law and United Nations Agreement of which Nigeria is a Signatory. Throughout Buhari’s infamous Eight (8) Years, Nigerians were EATING ZERO ONE ZERO. There was great hews and cries every day about hunger and Kidnappings in virtually all parts of the country. It was the believe of Nigerians that whoever will take over from Buhari will ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians. Unfortunately, right from the very first day of Tinubu coming to power, everything turned upside down. Hunger told Nigerians that they were EATING ZERO ONE ZERO during Buhari era, but this time it will be difficult to see that Zero One Zero. Inflation skyrocketted to high heavens. Kidnapping becomes a daily activities even to those in high places.Since that very first day of Tinubu’s assumption of office, the attitude of Yorubas especially those in Lagos State with their Governor Sanwo Olu negatively changed unprecedentedly against Ndigbo. In fact, their attitude portrayed a long time hidden opportunity when they feel they will show NDIGBO their TRUE COLOUR. Some of us who heard what Remi Tinubu said during the Electioneering in 2023 were not surprised at all because she openly said that they will Take Over the Properties of Ndigbo in Lagos. To add pepper to Izal and Rob it on Ndigbo, justice james Omotosho recently crowned their hatred with his inglorious judgement on Nnamdi Kanu. Honourable Justice Binta Nyako who was handling the Case previously, sought all loopholes to give reasons to jail Nnamdi Kanu, She couldn’t find any until She gallantly recursed herself. God bless her wherever She is today. She is a very good Woman of Substance. While She was handling the Case, I knew she will never play any dirty game, but those who didn’t know her felt She was unserious. Then came in, the man who believed that he has the apparatus to handle it especially with the tacit support of the powers that be. In trying Nnamdi Kanu in the Case this time around, the President of Nigeria is of Yoruba Extraction. The Attorney General of the Federation is of Yoruba Extraction.The Primus Interpares Prosecutor Adegboyega Awomolo is of Yoruba Extraction and the presiding judge is also of Yoruba Extraction. So the Case ordinarily was between the Yoruba and Nnamdi Kanu otherwise Ndigbo. It was in the Case of Nnamdi Kanu that One discovered that deadly Criminals, Dangerous Killers, Internationally Acclaimed Drug Barrons including Foreign Terrorists can be granted Amnesty in Nigeria, but One Person whom an Entire Tribe and Associates of Sane Mind Across the Nation and Globe pleaded for his release, the president bluntly refused. By that Singular action, he merely shuned the people telling them that he has all the powers to use it the way it pleases him. This attitude of the present leadership in the country has unequivocally succeeded in telling the IGBOS to know that Yorubas have never liked them. In fact Igbos are their number One enemies even before satan.Since 1950s, the Yorubas have never been friends to Ndigbo. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo as Civilian President of Nigeria tried so much to change the narrative having discovered some salient qualities in Ndigbo. While he did that, the Bigots in the South West called him names. Some intelligent and notable great leaders of Yoruba Nation like Eminent Scholar Bolaji Akinyemi, Senator Ogunlewe, Late Pa Ayo Adebanjo, Bishop Oyedepo have always sought peaceful co-existence among the citizens of the country especially in Lagos but senile elements in the area believe that the only way forward is to exterminate Ndigbo from the South West. Majority of them in this class of thought do that without any genuine reason. They don’t know where Igboland is and have never interacted with them in their lives.

The madness of bickering, hatred and ethnic bigotry and cleansing against Ndigbo in the South West heightened since the Emergence of Tinubu as president of the country. Tinubu was Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007. He never destroyed the Properties of Ndigbo as his boy Sanwo Olu is destructively doing presently. After Tinubu came Ambode. No bad news from any quarters during Ambode’s regime.After Ambode came Fashola. Still Everything went smoothly with all Nigerians living peacefully. After Fashola, the Current Mass Properties Destroyer Sanwo Olu came onboard. His assumption of office coincided with Tinubu as president. Prior to his emergence of Governor, the wife of Tinubu had during the 2023 Campaigns signalled that Igbo Properties will taken over by the Yorubas and that is what is playing out presently, while the Oba of Lagos Oba Akiolu voiced clearly that Ngigbo would be thrown into the lagoon.From all what is happening presently in Lagos, one understands that Sanwo Olu is playing the Card dictated to him by Someone higher in Authority . That’s the reason he is doing it with impunity and alarcrity.

Since after the 2023 Elections, the lives of Ndigbo in Lagos have never been the same. It is not out of place to say that their lives and property are endangered. The situation has turned to be – “if we wake up today, whatever we see we take.” This is the worst scenario ever since the history of mankind in Lagos State. Those of us who went to school in Lagos strongly maintain that the present situation in Lagos is nothing but demonic and wrapped with extreme Bitterness and prejudice. As this is going on, the Federal Government came up with an Appeal to its Court presided by Justice James Omotosho,a Yoruba man on Thursday November 20, asking the Court to Kill Nnamdi Kanu. I have witnessed virtually all the disturbances in Nigeria since independence , none of the environment Military or Civilian is as precarious as we have today in the country. It is in the Case of Nnamdi Kanu that I am for the first time witnessing, seeing and hearing of a Government coming out openly and asked a Court to KILL HER CITIZEN. For the Federal Government Prosecutor Adegboyega Awomolo to Shamelessly plead with the judge to approve that Nnamdi Kanu should be killed is unbelievable. I may be wrong, but I have never heard that before. I always hear the judges say the Law will take its course and not a Federal Government Prosecutor asking the Court to Kill someone .Can anyone extricate the Presidency of not being aware of the pleas by her Prosecutor. It could be assumed that there was a hidden agenda behind such a plea. Apparently to cause crises in Igboland so that many people will be sent to the world beyond if the youths take to the Streets. Unfortunately, the people are wiser than all of them.Even without being told, any sane person who saw the heavily armed security personnel parading some parts of South East in the morning of Thursday November 20 will descern that something was wrong and wouldn’t go as expected. People have learnt their lesson in Igboland because what happens in other places and they are dispersed with water, if it happens in Igboland, they will use Conventional international Ammunitions to quell it. Nigeria is one country that has different laws for different tribes. The earlier the Sane Leaders in Yoruba Land call their sons and daughters to order, the better for the country. Since the emergence of Tinubu, many Yoruba people have all been spewing nonsense propaganda against Ndigbo including some of them who claim that God called them on the Pulpit. The demonic aspects of the whole menace is that some of them suffering from acute incurable malaria will wake up in the morning, instead of them to visit the hospital for treatment, the next thing people will hear is that Igbos are the problems of Nigeria. In their nauseatic vituperations, they claim God told them that the IGBOS should be wiped out for Nigeria’s problem to be solved. Yet the person spewing this Satanic verses knows FULLY WELL that IGBOS are not occupying any reasonable and sensitive position in the affairs of the nation at least if not for anytime, since the emergence of Buhari and Tinubu as presidents of the country. It is also very clear that since the exclusion of Ndigbo from the serious affairs of governance in the country, Nigeria has never found her Feet both at home and in the diaspora. A critical look at it confirms without equivocation what a former governor in one of the northern States said during Buhari’s era that the IGBOS will never occupy any positions in the country again. That governor said that the presidency of Nigeria will now rotate between the North and South West. He added that the IGBOS are asking for the Restructuring of Nigeria. The Restructuring will never hold he said. He concluded by saying that “the Ibos are asking for the Restructuring of the country, it will never hold. We will teach them a lesson.Restructuring my foot “. That governor is today the country’s Vice president and the entire body language of their administration seem to confirm everything that was said previously. For the first time in the history of Nigeria, no Igbo man is close to the Seat of Power. Only peanut positions. Doubting Thomases should check the Records of all Previous Administrations in the country and prove me wrong. They will say after all, the present administration gave Ndigbo Chief of Naval Staff and now Chief of Air Staff. After that, what else in a democratic system. For Nigeria to move forward democratically, the Leadership must have the Spirit of accommodating all people and all shades of opinion, digest them and apply good ones in the affairs of administering the country.Heating up

the polity unnecessarily does no good to anyone. The nation should be seen to be peaceful for unifying co-existence.
