Gunmen Retake Owerri Aba Road in Imo, Attack Governor’s Convoy, Passengers in 18-seater Bus Abducted, Bullets Sprayed on Lexus Jeep

Trumpeta can report that the usual danger signs noticed in Owerri Aba road has returned with an earlier morning gunshots between the Airport Junction Ulakwo and Ihiite part of the road in Okpala of Ngor Okpala LGA of the state. Recall that sometime during the year the location became a terror zone with series of abduction cases before security operatives stepped. But Tuesday, 4th of December witnessed the return of the criminal elements who not only shot on the advance convoy of Governor Alex Otti of Abia State but also attacked buses filled with passengers on the road.
