Imo youths have been called upon to remain focused and steadfast, so as to actualize their dreams in life.

This call was made by chief Ifeanyi Opara, MD and CEO of Titanic View as well as Pretoria Hotels during the kick-off of the football tournament he sponsored for youths of the 13 autonomous communities that make up Uzoagba Ikeduru which was held at the CENTRAL SCHOOL AFOR UZOAGBA play ground in IKEDURU Local Government Area of Imo state.

The football tournament christianed “Uzoagba Ikeduru Football Tournament (Ifeco 2017)” which is to be competed among the 13 Villages in Uzoagba Ikeduru was described by the youthful and versatile Tourist entrepreneur as another platform through which he wished to engage youths of his Community in meaningful ventures and drive them away from the temptation of engaging in crimes.

In line with his passion for the youths, Chief Opara declared the tournament an annual event which he said will help to discover the numerous talents that abound in the Ikeduru LGA and bring them to international limelight, so as to produce more legends like Kanu Papilo Nwankwo, Jay Jay Okocha and many others..

Prize money for the football tournament winner is 1 Million Naira as the donor informed that there will also be consolation prizes for all the teams (Villages) that are participating in the tournament.

Trumpeta sports desk further gathered that the kick-off match which was played between Obokwe and Amamba ended goalless and was witnessed by many notable personalities in Ikeduru LGA and friends of the donor chief Ifeanyi Opara.
