Ihedioha Visits “ngor Okpala Eight” Victims

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha on Tuesday visited Egbelu Nguru, Ngor Okpala LGA, to commiserate with the community over the mysterious death of Eight people from one family.
The Deputy Speaker, who was represented by his Special Adviser on constituency matters Hon Richmond Osuji, who led other Aides of the Deputy Speaker, said his boss who traveled outside the country sympathizes with the Nwosu family over the loss of their relatives.
Ihedioha said it was unfortunate that a family has to been wiped out after eating a delicacy that is still under speculation, since no medical test or result has proved exactly what led to the death of the Eight people.
The Deputy Speaker gave his support, and said he will make sure that the cause of the deaths is unrevelled, pointing out that a generation has been lost in the incident.
Ihedioha who visited the President General of Nguru Umuowa Autonomous Community, Chief Linus Eke thanked him for all the efforts he made to save the life of the victims to no avail, and asked him and the village to bear the irreparable loss.
On the entourage of the Deputy Speaker was Hon Richmond Osuji, Sir Bright Nwelue, Hon Kizito Onuoha, Hon Aguocha Chidebere, Hon Athan Eke Chibuike Onyeukwu and Chief Ralph Ajuzieogu.
