EWAMAC Launches Waste Police to Combat Environmental Issues in Imo State
Over the last weekend, Eastern Waste Management Company (EWAMAC) officially kicked off its Enlightenment Team, also known as the Waste Police. This dedicated team is on a critical mission to address some of the pressing environmental challenges faced by our community, including:
1. Indiscriminate dumping of waste
2. Littering on the streets
3. Dumping on road medians
4. Non-compliance with waste disposal and sanitation fees
We urge everyone in Imo State to cooperate with our Waste Police as we work together for a cleaner, safer environment and strive for a state free from any form of environmental hazard.
Ndi Imo, this marks a new phase of waste management in our beloved state. It’s time to take pride in our surroundings and contribute actively to maintaining them!
Let’s join hands for a better tomorrow.
Proudly powered by EWAMAC.
