The All Progressives Grand Alliance, Imo State chapter, has been thrown into mourning following a ghastlymotor accident which involved its members along Abuja Lokoja road.
According to information reaching Trumpeta Newspaper, two persons were feared dead, while others sustained serious injuries.
It was learnt that the Imo State APGA members were travelling to Abuja National Party office to collect party Delegate forms for Imo state when a party Bus they were travelling in had a head on collision with another vehicle.
Although this Newspaper could not confirm exactly the time of the accident, it learnt it happened yesterday. While the body of the dead persons have been deposited in the mortuary the wounded have been evacuated to the hospital where they are responding to treatments.
A source from Imo APGA office who confirmed the incident pleaded for anonymity, while asking that the name of the two casualties, (males) should also be with held for now.
