First Mahi FC Tastes Abia Warriors NPFL Challenge In Friendly Today

As part of the pre seasons friendly games going on in several quarters, First Mahi FC of Owerri will on Tuesday October 18, 2022 have a feel of NPFL Challenge when they take on Abia Warriors FC of Umuahia in a friendly tie.

The friendly which is scheduled for 3pm at the sport centre of the Mikel Okpara Federal University of Agriculture in Umudike, Umuahia, Abia state will afford the Nation Wide League side an opportunity to continue to strengthen their team with such high profile game as they prepare for the NLO One new season.

On the other hand, Abia Warriors who recently acquired the services of former Heartland FC gaffer, Coach Erasmus Onuh are aiming to improve on their performance last season by challenging for the league as well as a continental spot when the NPFL season begins.

They are therefore expected to give most of their newly acquired players an opportunity to show their worth as they perfect their strategies.

Meanwhile, the Coach Gift tutored NLO team in their pre season games has lost just once and will aim to hold their own against a big team as Abia Warriors but would not want to show so much respect against their NPFL opponent..
