The Imo State Government, under the able leadership of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, has commenced a recruitment exercise into the civil service.
According to Lady (Dr) Julie Onyeukwu, Chairman of the Imo State Service Commission, the online application process has begun, with vacancies available in the procurement department.

The online application will last for 14 days, followed by Computer-Based Tests (CBT). Dr. Onyeukwu encouraged qualified candidates to take advantage of this opportunity, while commending Governor Uzodimma on his efforts to inject fresh blood into the state civil service.
The recruitment exercise is part of the state government’s efforts to strengthen its workforce and improve service delivery. With various vacancies available, this exercise offers a chance for qualified individuals to contribute to the development of Imo State.
To be eligible, candidates must meet certain requirements, including being between 18 and 35 years old, possessing a minimum of five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, and having a valid means of identification. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including administration, education, healthcare, and more.
