Workers staff bus may be withdrawn from next week if the drivers handling the vehicles finally embark on strike as they planned.
The drivers as we were told have not been paid for about seven month now.
One of them who spoke to our reporter under condition of anonymity revealed that even the N2.500 allowance, the state government promised to pay them every week is yet to enter their pockets.
The workers said they are suspecting foul play from those managing the system, adding that they cannot be driving with empty stomach any more.
The aggrieved drivers explained that since they started driving the staff bus, they normally come to work very early and go back home very late yet no adequate compensation from the state government.
